This is the larger of the two rooms and we have new floors put in. If you decide you wanna paint that's up to you. We have 1.5 bathrooms. The bathroom upstairs is shared. I will do the majority of the house cleaning. The living room is basically my son's bedroom. He's 14. The kitchen is big and I'm sure we can sort out. We have a laundry room on site. We are across the street from a laundry mat as well. I own a dog. She isn't mean or aggressive. If you want a pet I would suggest something small. I am friendly and easy going. I just need to get the room rented asap.
