Alli S - $1,000/month

Hello,
I work for a CPA firm in Pasadena off of Del Mar and Im currently living in Mission Hills, CA.
I'm looking for a room in SGV or the surrounding area so that I can minimize driving time. It's getting to be a bit much!
I love to work out and in my free time, you can find me at the gym working on my gains!
I am generally out of the house because I work 9-5 during the week and on weekends I am working out and visiting friends or family.
I don't drink much (bad for gains!)
I rarely would have visitors over, but I'd like to keep the option open. Let's say my mom is dropping something off to me, I'd love to be able to invite her in.
I do not have any pets, I love cats and dogs though and grew up volunteering for a multitude of shelters and foundations.
I do like to cook on the weekends, if I have time so access to a kitchen is preferred.
My budget right now is 1K until the end of the year, when some bills fall off.
I would like a private bathroom but it is not NECESSARY. I'd also like access to a washer and dryer.

I really just am looking for somewhere to rest my head because I'm usually out of the house.
