Hello!
I am hoping to sign a lease sometime between Sept~Nov.
A bit about me:
I'm 23, moving to NYC from Seattle, and previously went to Uni in San Francisco. I'm currently working remotely as an ethnographic research assistant while also building up an art portfolio.
Living-wise, I am quite quiet and clean. I always enjoy having other people around, and am generally down to hang but do also need a lot of time to myself (ie pretty introverted, but don't mind noise). I'm more than minimalist (but not by much). I don't have pets (but love em), am not dating, don't smoke, like to drink (but don't drink very often), love food and cooking (but ngl don't ever do more than simple cooking)...can't think of anything else relevant haha but happy to share more.
My approach to living with others is to be as laissez-faire as possible, while still respecting each others personal boundaries and keeping common areas clean. An environment of open communication is key!
