Housemate wanted

I’m recently separated and have been renting in this HOA (fees paid by property owner) since July. It’s a quiet neighborhood with a pickleball court, swimming pool and jacuzzi. Plenty of street parking with a permit, which is easy to get. Friendly neighbors. Close to many grocery stores. Great walking paths. Close to the SMART train. You would need to like dogs! I have a mature senior female German Shepherd that is very sweet and likes being around people. I have a dog walker who takes her out twice a day. I am looking for a responsible adult to share the rent with me (you would pay less than me as I have a larger room). There is a bathroom right outside the bedroom that is newly remodeled with a very large shower. I am looking for someone who does not have any pets and who has a flexible work schedule or works from home. I leave very early in the morning to commute to San Rafael for my job, so it would be nice if my dog has someone around at times while I’m out. I work full time, but am considering working part-time if I have someone to share rent and utilities. I am a very easy person to live with. I respect people’s privacy and also enjoy other’s company. I enjoy having friends over, but am not one to throw a huge noisy party, although I’m open to occasional parties! This is a new chapter in my life and I want to embrace each moment.
