I'm looking for a roommate for an apartment in New York. Was previously living in Hoboken and now back in Maryland, but ready to jump in as soon as possible. I am very clean and hygienic, have no animals, I work from home most days but have an office in Midtown I can go in to. I enjoy going to the gym and going out for dinners/drinks, but I mainly cook most of my meals. I am looking to move anywhere in Upper East Side or below (except Chelsea and Midtown West).
