Luxury Apartment in Midtown East

Hi, I am moving to San Francisco for a new job and we are looking to fill a large bedroom in a 3 bed, 2 bath apartment in midtown Manhattan. It is on the 12th floor of a luxury apartment complex with elevator, doorman, furnished roof, and the room comes attached with its own private balcony (This means the room has floor to ceiling window on the south side for the balcony door). There is laundry in the basement and a gym attached to the building at the main entrance. 1 block away from the 6 train.

The building is full of young professionals and everyone is very friendly, often gathering on the roof on Fridays and Saturdays. The apartment is in a corner and is soundproofed from any neighborly noise.

We are either looking for someone to sublet for 2 months or for someone to take over my lease for the remaining 8 months with the option to renew at the end of the lease term. I am able to leave the room furnished as well.

My roommates are considering switching rooms, so depending on your interest and price point we have a 12 by 8 room for 1750, a 12 by 9 room with balcony for 1850, and a 15 by 15 room for 2150 to choose from.

About the Roomies
The three of us are all good friends and very friendly and outgoing. The two roommates you would be sharing with are a 25 year old male who works as an accountant and a 25 year old female who is attending NYU for her masters. We all like to hang out after work and attend events happening around the city. We also have an adorable cat
