#1. 28, gay, works in ad sales. Goes out on weekends, relatively quiet on week days. Standard 9-6 work day, then gym after work, usually home around 10. Solid friend group and always on the go and doing stuff around the city. I also have a Boston Terrier!

Hi! We have a room available starting 2/1. This is in a 3 bedroom apartment that has a washer/dryer IN UNIT (life changer)! Amazing location near all the subways. Tons of restaurants and bars in the neighborhood. Everything is newly furnished in West Elm, the bedroom will be unfurnished. Roof access with amazing views and room for a party or laying out in the summer.
About us:
1. 28, gay, works in Advertising at Conde Nast. I work 9-6 and then the gym right after. Usually home for the night around 10p. Constantly out and about on the weekends and very social. I also have a Boston Terrier.
2. 30, gay, works in Real estate. Works from 10-7 and then the gym right after. Usually home at 11p. Gone most of the weekend. Into museums and spending time with friends.
