Lucy D - $1,900/month

Hey I’m Lucy! I’m 26 and work remotely as a data analyst full-time and a student part-time for my master’s in creative writing. In my free time, I really enjoy reading, writing, ceramics, swimming, concerts, the usual.

As a roommate, I’m very clean and tidy/organized (no hair in the shower drain, rarely dishes soaking in sink overnight, etc). Best case scenario, my roommate and I get along well in respecting cleanliness and noise in shared spaces. I'm open to becoming friends, but also pretty introverted/need quiet space to recharge, so good with just chatting from time to time/being friendly too.

My preferred neighborhoods are Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, and Park Slope, but down to apartment hunt in the surrounding neighborhoods. I'm also open to LIC since that's my current location.

I'd prefer to pay $1700ish, but willing to go up to $1900ish. My lease ends 1/31, but willing to sign earlier if the place is worth it!
