A great fit would be someone who's quite clean and doesn't need the house to be dead quiet (music is one of my hobbies, which I plan to keep as quiet as possible in the basement). Perfect if you're a fellow creative to share the basement as a studio. Also no shoes or smoking indoors are my hard limits. We can talk the other details out -- I'm all for respecting each other's rules!
