Now a little bit about myself! My name’s Miles, I’m 25, and I’ve been living up in the Bay for about a year and a half now. I work in nonprofit administration and when I’m NOT working I’m typically at home reading, writing music or lyrics (which I promise I will almost NEVER sing out loud), watching high-stress dramas that get my blood pressure up, playing video games, or listening to music (I’m into rap, EDM of all kinds but specifically deep house, most of the rock spectrum, and pretty much anything else). Typically I’m also a fan of going out to eat and occasionally hitting bars or clubs to dance with some friends, although as you can imagine that's kind of hard to do with a pandemic all up in our business. I’m a pretty amicable guy, so I’ve been told, which is either objectively true or I’m so lovable that people lie to me to make me feel better because they like me anyway. Either way, signs point to yes.

Room in Adam’s Point Apartment (Private Bathroom included!)
Hey there! I’m looking for a roommate to join me as soon as next month in taking over the lease for the apartment I live in! It’s a 2bedroom/2bathroom in a nice quiet Adam’s Point neighborhood just a 5 minute walk from Grand Avenue/Lake Merritt. [PICTURES BELOW!]
You’d be moving into the master room of the apartment, with an additional hallway of closet space and your own private bathroom. The room also comes furnished with a mattress, a desk, and a dresser; you can either keep them or get rid of them, your choice! The apartment has a pretty spacious living room, as well as a full kitchen with full stovetop/oven, fridge, sink, dishwasher, microwave, etc, and ample drawer space for food and cookware. There’s also a balcony, if chilling on balconies is something you think you might wanna get into. (If you’re already an expert balcony chiller, so much the better). Living room’s already got a TV and couches so if you’re like me and you need a great place to park your ass and zombie out to Netflix at the end of a workday, you’re totally covered. And we’ve got laundry just a 15 second walk down the hallway, baby.
