My name is Aimee and my boyfriend is Al. We share a room and are moving to Temecula. You would be living with our roommate Jason. He’s pretty reserved, likes anime, and doesn’t use the common areas. He’s chill and quiet. Other than a toaster and a french press, all the other kitchenware is ours, so there will be plenty of space for your stuff. We don’t have any furniture. Everywhere except the kitchen and the bathrooms have carpeting. The laundry is in a closet on the balcony. Internet is $60, electric ranges between $100 and $300, rent is about $2900. We split the bills per person not per room. Our lease ends in May, so less than 4 months. We are looking for someone to move in by March 1st.
