I own a single level house in a residential area and just south of Mira Mesa Blvd about halfway between the 805 and 15 freeways. The house is completely furnished and has a nice patio and yard. Three of us currently live there, but one roommate is moving out at the end of May due to job change. We will replace that roommate. Three people in the house is the maximum occupancy. I am a male software engineer working from home. We have a clean and quiet environment. The remaining roommate is female. Any gender new roommate is acceptable. We want someone in the age 25-35 range. We have a small hypoallergenic dog and wish for no more pets. There is absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed.
