Subleasing master room in 2*2 first floor apartment

am subleasing my master room in a beautiful 2*2 apartment. The apartment is spacious and with wood floor in the living and bathroom, carpet in the bedroom. It has huge windows and a lot of sunshine. The apartment is on first floor. The patio faces a piece of woods so the apartment has a good privacy and a good view. The washer and dryer are in the unit. It is in a safe and quite neighborhood. There is a huge dog park. Every evening dog owners take their fur babies to the park. It is a good social life for dogs. My roommate ( who is going to stay) is female with a decent job who works 8-6M-F. She is a very respectful and responsible lady who always keeps things clean in the common area. The lease ends October 2020 and is renewable. The living room is furnished by my roommate but there are still room for more furnitures. Your bedroom is not furnished . The bedroom has two closets and huge master bathroom.
