Room available Hyde Park / North Loop / Central Austin / Campus (near I35 / 49th st St.)
Drive Downtown is ~5 mins. in decent traffic
~3 mile cycle ride downtown, campus is very close
This is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, two story home with ~1700 sq/ft. house and large back yard (~.2 acre).
There will be a total of 2-3 people living here. This should be a fun, social, stable, safe home, and neighborhood. This is NOT a party house, but being social is welcomed. I enjoy company and folk over for dinner or a drink. (Less so during pandemic.)
I just bought the house and have just gotten moved in myself, this is all new and exciting to me, and also a little scary (the first time home buyer thing), but I'm good with it.
