Available Room for Rent

Two rooms available - Condo/Apartment-Style

I have two rooms available for rent. Both are private. The smaller one has a private bathroom; the larger one shares a jack-and-jill bathroom with me (private toilet/sink/storage, but shared shower). Rent includes water/trash services, but not electricity or wifi (Google Fiber). The kitchen, dining room, and living room are fully furnished but the bedrooms are not. It's a great location - across the street from Zilker Park and walking distance to restaurants (aka take-out at the moment!) and a bus route. There is one reserved parking space available, but plenty of street parking. It's just south of the river with quick access to Mopac and Lamar, so it's relatively quick (but, you know, Austin traffic) and easy to get around town.
