I am 28, fully vaccinated, and looking for a female roommate. I live in New Jersey and started a job in NYC remotely. We’re returning to the office so, I’m hoping to move to the city and shorten my commute. I'm open to satisfying a need for a temporary roommate to finish a lease or to enter a new 6mo - 1yr lease. I am claustrophobic and have a hard time with small spaces like elevators so, I prefer apartments on the first or second floor. I’d also prefer to have my own bathroom, if possible.

I love to keep a tidy space, especially in common areas, and I am respectful. I have lived on my own, but also lived with roommates for all 6 years of college/grad school with no issues. My bills are a priority so, I always pay the rent either early or on time. I don’t smoke and I prefer to live with other non-smokers or in an apartment that won’t ever smell like smoke.
