Looking for a roommate to split a spacious 3 bed / 2 bath apartment in Astoria NY. Shared living space is furnished. The 3rd room is a spare room can be used as an office/guest room for visiting friends/family. Bathroom is not shared (with the exception of guests/visitors). Apartment is on ground floor and is 1 of 3 apartments in the building.

The landlords are a lovely couple, always on top of monthly exterminator and getting things fixed. They may require a background check and proof of employment. No Pets Allowed.

There is an optional parking space to rent in the driveway. Rent (excluding utilities) is $1500/mo without parking, $1600/mo with parking.

Im interested in a roommate who is respectful and invested in maintaining shared spaces: not a lot of clutter, cleans up after cooking and does their dishes in a timely manner, alternates with me taking out trash/recycle, getting the mail etc. I enjoy being friendly with someone I live with but also understand and respect solitary time. I'm one of those early to rise people and work in an office 9am - 6pm so quiet weeknights are appreciated. Totally down for Friday night karaoke bar though if that's your jam!
