Jam - $1,000/month

Hi! I’m Jamie! I’m a 20 year old full-time BFA student and sculpture artist and I’m looking for one roommate to share a 2-bedroom apartment in Logan Square. I’m currently apartment hunting and plan to move in sometime between the end of May and the start of the fall semester. Monthly rent will be around $1000 per person.

ROOMMATE / HOUSING INFO:
• Budget: about $1000 per person per month
• Must be okay with pets as I occasionally pet sit (rabbits/dogs)
Looking for someone reasonably clean, communicative, and (most importantly) responsible about rent
• Happy to look at apartments together and co-sign

ABOUT ME:
I’m a full-time sculpture student, so I spend a lot of time in the studio and at school. I’m pretty chill at home and like a space where people can do their own thing but still be friendly and communicative as roommates. I’m a queer transmasc from NYC but I’m in Chi for college.
