Need a responsible roomate

Young male renting a 2 bd. 2 bth. Apartment off Broadway and the 101. Need someone to pay half the rent ect.. must have a full time job and proof of income. You will have a private room to yourself, pool access and access to any other amenities. No hardcore drug users or full time parties. Smoking only outside unless you vape (minus marijuana). I’m friendly outgoing and would like to be you’re friend. Everything In the common area must be clean and whatever you decide to do in you’re room is you’re business! ;) pet friendly as well.. so long as the dog/cat is well trained. Any questions just ask!
