Large room with queen bed (utilities included) available in 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in doorman building in Williamsburg. Can be furnished or unfurnished. The apartment is located 3 blocks from the J-M-Z trains and a 8 minute walk to the L train with one stop on both to Manhattan and is right near the Williamsburg Bridge.

Room has floor to ceiling windows with views of Manhattan and gets a lot of natural light. The room has it's own closet and is furnished with a queen bed, chest of drawers, and bookshelf.

The apartment amenities include central A/C, washer/dryer in the apartment, full kitchen with dishwasher and all cooking necessities, a balcony with sweeping views of Manhattan, TV, Gigabit internet. The building has a doorman, rooftop and a small gym. Gourmet grocery stores, popular restaurants and bars all within a couple blocks.

Dogs are welcome as long as they are friendly with other dogs. I have a mini Labradoodle (see picture) that gets along with most all dogs but I would still require they meet before moving in.
