Prefer newer buildings (last 20 years or so). Willing to pay a bit more for a private bathroom. I work from home and really like Chinese neighborhoods (Flushing, Bensonhurst etc.) Prefer 1 roommate at most.

I have a cat and would want to let her run around the living room so I can't room with anyone with bad cat allergies. She doesn't get along too well with other cats either so it'd probably be best not to be roommates with someone who also has a cat.
