Hi! I am returning to NYC after a couple years away. I am in school online/at night and work as the marketing director of a luxury hotel in Lower Manhattan by day.

I have two cats: Howl (16) and Luna (3) who would be joining me. They need to be the only pets in the home.

I do not drink, smoke, or use any substances. I am very clean, quiet, and respectful. I pay bills early.

I'm looking for a temporary living situation while I figure out what area I'd like to live in, so anywhere from 3-6 months would be ideal!
