The house is pretty quiet most of the time. I work two jobs. My adult daughter works full-time and goes to college. She has two older cats who don’t cause much trouble, but don’t get along with other animals. It’s a nice neighborhood. We are right above the foothill freeway between Archibald and Haven. Near Chaffee College. The HOA has a large pool area with a Jacuzzi. Our last roommate lived with us happily for three years. We are sorry to see her go, but she and her boyfriend are moving in together.. I’m not asking for a lease agreement,, in case it isn’t a good fit. We are looking for a female who will stay long-term if everything works out.
