$1,075 2 Young Professionals Looking for 3rd Roommate for 3 bed/1 bath

3rd floor 3 bed / 1 bath apartment in Brookline Village triple decker, short walk from Longwood Medical Area and the Green line.

I am moving out my 3 bedroom apartment in Brookline Village at the end of December to move in with my boyfriend, and I am looking for someone to take over my portion of the lease starting on January 1st (lease would be in your name, not a sublet).

A little bit about the apartment: It's a 3 bedroom apartment in Brookline Village with a shared living room, recently renovated bathroom and kitchen, a small deck off the back, and designated storage in the basement; hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and gas stovetop. We have baseboard heat, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, and two ceiling A/C units. Laundry is in-unit. The bedroom you would have is large (currently set up with a twin bed, but could very comfortably fit a Queen bed along with a dresser, and desk/chair set up) with two closets. Rent would be $1075/month plus utilities (from experience, no more than $100/month).

A little about your new roommates: My two roommates, Irena (26) and Danielle (22) are young professionals who work in the Longwood area (working from home during COVID). Irena is a biostatistician for AIDS research, and Danielle is a clinical research coordinator.

What we are looking for in a roommate: I'm looking for another young professional or graduate student to take my spot in the apartment. In the past, we have become friends with the people we live with, and Irena and Danielle would like to find that again. We are also looking for someone who takes COVID precautions seriously.

Cleanliness: it is important to us that common spaces are kept clean and that all roommates take responsibility for household chores

Pets: There are no pets allowed in our building
