My roommate and I have a room opening up in our apartment May 15th. The room comes with access to a private washer and dryer, a back patio and includes all utilities as well as internet.

Located conveniently between the Lorimer and Graham stops on the L train in the midst of a friendly neighborhood near a series of excellent Italian markets, this room is a package deal. The bedroom component has an 8'x11' floor plan with a lofted area which can accommodate a queen size bed, has high 12 foot ceilings, and a nice closet. The loft splits this room into a cool sleeping area with a cozy lounging area beneath. Also included is a separate room measuring 5'x9'. This extra room was recently used as an artist's studio but could easily serve as a small office, as an enormous walk-in closet, or extra storage.

This room is part of a large two level three bedroom apartment with a nice large kitchen, new wooden floors, lofty tall ceilings, a big dining area and a backyard with an outdoor grill and a pizza oven.
