Heyo! My name is Max, I'm a 23yo male living in Williamsburg with my friends Frida (F, 24) and James (M, 26)

We are currently looking for a 4th roommate to sublet in our 4-bedroom apartment starting Oct 1st!

About the apartment:
- $800/month!!! (we scored a COVID deal back in March)
- Our lease goes until March 31st, 2022. You would be subletting and could pay month by month.
- Corner of Havemeyer St and North 7th street

About us:
- Very communal, coed, LGBTQ+ friendly group
- Having a roommate who also wants to be our friend and hangout is important to us
- We are pet friendly!
- We are a healthy mix of introverts and extroverts -- we like to socialize, and we know how to respect personal time as well
- We work in management consulting, tech recruiting, and digital/social media marketing. We all work from home currently with occasional visits to the office
- We are all vaccinated! If you're not vaccinated we probably won't get along so swipe left lol
- We party a healthy amount -- weekends are fun time, week days are work time
- We're clean and keep the apartment in good shape (no dishes in the sink etc), but not anal about it
