Looking for someone to take over my roommate's lease starting late January early February. Great location smack between Cheeseman city and Congress park at a great price. The building has storage for every apartment including potential ski or snowboard storage, paid laundry on every floor, small gym and sauna in the basement with secure package room. One of my favorite things is the huge pool/grill/deck area that is amazing for hot days in the summer.
