We’re looking to fill our modern 9th floor study in our 3BR/2BTH FiDi flex. This furnished sublet also includes a large hallway closet, in-unit AC, and shared bathroom with one roommate. Heat and water included in rent. This room is a study so there is no window, but that means there is no street noise and ample room. Move in is Nov 1st for a 6-mo sublease through April 24th.

Building amenities include: 24-hour doormen, fitness center, free exercise classes (yoga, core, cardio), 19th fl terrace and lounge, valet, dry cleaning, on-site maintenance, on-floor laundry, bike room, building catered parties/events, and tenant storage rooms.
