I am in the Kannapolis area, just moved here in January from Michigan (yes blame me for the weirdly massive amount of snow y’all got), starting a new job post-doctorate. Someone was supposed to move here with me but she decided not to after we settled on a rental and signed the lease.
Ill give a few details here but please feel free to DM if this interests anyone:
- Must be okay with dogs, I have two labradors but will only have one at a time. They are both insanely friendly but very wary of males, hence female roommate preferred to accommodate the fact that I work 9-5 daily.
- You will have to provide your own bed/bedroom stuff.
- Full kitchen but currently no washer/dryer, this is something I am actively working on.
- You will have your own full bathroom.
- Rent will be $800 per month, and we can do month-to-month, no need to do a long-term agreement. That includes everything, you will not need to pay for water, electric, waste, or internet.
I will of course want to meet you if you are interested, we can discuss where/when and then if the vibe fits you can visit the rental. Overall it is in very good shape, massive backyard, I keep it very clean as I am a very cleanly individual.
