You’ll have full access to the house and garden patio. The downstairs is open concept with a spacious kitchen perfect for cooks.
Utilities are a flat one hundred dollars a month.
I also live here, a forty-three year old man, and my year old daughter and our one year old Boston Terrier. Both of them are very well behaved and the dog never barks.
A second room in the house is also rented to a non-binary person who is the perfect roommate and lends most of their time at work or in their room
Because of my daughter I’ll only be renting to women and gay men. Thanks!
