About Me

I help run California Castle LA, a group of co-living houses around Los Angeles. To be upfront: I am not going to be your roommate. I am the person who shows you the room, answers your questions and gets you moved in. The houses stay quiet on weeknights and the residents are a mix of students and working professionals. Rooms come furnished, utilities and WiFi are included in the rent, and there is no credit check and no deposit, just the first month, a one-time move-in fee and a valid ID. Message me with your move-in date and whether you want a private room or a shared one, and I will tell you what is open right now. Tours run Monday through Saturday, 11am to 5pm.

Bed in a shared room near USC from $650, all bills included, no credit check

Beds available in our West Adams co-living house, a short hop from USC. $650 a month gets you a bed in a four-person room, $750 in a three-person room, and $850 in a two-person room if you want more space. Utilities and WiFi are included, so rent is the only bill you get. Move-in takes the first month, a one-time $200 move-in fee, and a valid ID. No credit check and no deposit, and the lease is month to month. Rooms come furnished, so you can show up with a suitcase. Laundry is in the house. Parking is street parking, right by the house. Our residents are a mix of students and working professionals, and the house stays quiet on weeknights. We are not able to accommodate pets. Tours run Monday through Saturday, 11am to 5pm.
