I love my apartment- but will be moving out to move in with my boyfriend. My roommate is one of my best friends, she's super fun and bubbly. She works in advertising as a designer and has a pug named Penelope.The rent is $1550 plus utilities and cable/internet. There is a $1550 security deposit as well. The room is about 11x12 and has a white exposed brick wall, large closet and space above the closet for suitcases. I'm hoping to give up my room furnished. For all furniture, I can leave 90% of things, and that price can be negotiated, but somewhere around $700-800 for everything (bed, mattress, bookcase, dresser etc).
