This would be for a temporary rental only and is ideal for someone looking for an interim solution in a high spec apartment for 1-3months. The flat also had a shared kitchen space and includes brand new furnishings.

Situated in one of the most well known and beautiful buildings in Williamsburg, 420 Kent Avenue was only recently finished at the beginning of 2020. Featuring unbelievable views of New Yorks East River skyline from the building (and kitchen!), everything in the building is newly built and finished to the best standards. The building is walking distance to some of the best restaurants in New York, and also has convenient links to the ferry, and nearby subway stations (10mins walk or by the building courier service). Due to me currently being out of the country temporarily, I am looking to rent out my room for 1-3 months (could be slightly longer if needed). Please do message to discuss length of stay if its a particularly unique situation as I am open to various options. The room itself is the master bedroom of the flat. Because I am only letting it out temporarily, I am also willing to lend my furniture including a queen size bed, brand new tv, multiple drawers, lamps, coffee machine and storage for you to use whilst you stay.

In terms of the existing roommates, I live with two males who are both professionals under the age of 30. One is British and works in digital marketing. The other is American and works in a medical sales role . They are both great guys who work hard but often enjoy a beer in the evenings but are clean and overall are very chilled.

The new roommate should be a working professional, easy to get along with, clean and of course respectful of the room and the belongings. When replying please do supply in depth details about yourself, where you work, how long you are looking to stay, and your current situation. The price includes internet and all bills.
