- Living room
- Large coat closet, smaller linen closet
- Bathroom 1 (with bathtub)
- Roomie 1's bedroom
- Access to a large, beautiful backyard with grill, hammock, picnic table, and chairs, shared with one other unit

Downstairs (basement level):
- Sizable living / storage area
- Bathroom 2 (overhead shower head only)
- Your bedroom
- Roomie 2's bedroom

The Bedroom:
- Largest of the three rooms
- Big closet, plenty of room for a queen size bed, dressers, desk, chair, etc.

About You:
- Mid 20's to early 30's, male or female
- Responsible, mature, considerate, clean
- Relaxed and fun-loving but not risk seeking

Requirements:
- Must be able to sign up for year-long lease, you can always sublet if you need to move.
