I’m looking to share a spacious, 3BR/2BA ranch style house (1,650 sq. ft.) conveniently located near Costco / I-85, and within a 10 min drive to downtown Durham / 9th St / Duke East Campus. The property is managed by Apple Realty so anyone interested will need to go through their application process ($75 fee) to take over my former roommate’s half of the lease.
