In search of someone to take over the former roommate's part of the lease of a 2 Bedroom / 2.5 Bath Townhome until February of 2027. Looking for someone that is not a partier. I am male and it doesn't matter to me if I live with another male or female...just be chill, respectful, and responsible. It's a very safe area (close to The Battery/Truist Park), with many things to do, and amazing amenities in the complex.

Rent runs approximately $1400-$1500 a month per person (depending on utilities), there will be a $250 damage deposit, and you will have to apply thru the leasing office (I don't remember the cost of that).
