Hello, looking for 1-2 roommates (preferably women) to either share a room or have their own room. Its the top floor of a home. The second bedroom, living room, and dining area are currently unfurnished.

Its located very close to multiple public transportation routes (M, 29, 54, 14/14R, 57,58, 120, 121, and the BART - Daly City and Balboa), a laundromat about a block away, and a grocery store, H-mart. The place is also close to Skyline College, CCSF, and SFSU too.

Rent (utilities not included) is $900-1000 shared or 1800-2000 single. Utilities is usually around $65-75 per person, but it may vary.
