My current roommate is moving out soon and I am looking for someone to share my 3 bedroom, 1 bath house with me. I do have 1 well-behaved dog, so I would prefer my prospective roommate to have no pets. I manage most of the care and maintenance on the house myself, take great care of the space, and would prefer someone who is clean and tidy. I consider myself an avid conservationist, which for me means that I make daily decisions based on how I can walk more lightly on the planet. Though I don't expect someone to completely join me in my mission, I hope that they are happy to support to the best of their ability. I offer a quiet and peaceful space in a quiet Boulder neighborhood, am not a partier, and looking for someone who is looking for this type of living experience. I am also happy to consider a one year lease.

Looking for a working professional, graduate student or Post Doctorate to share a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home in Martin Acres (South Boulder). Quiet and peaceful household located in a quiet neighborhood. Available bedroom is fully furnished.

Rent is $1300 per month and includes gas, electricity, water, sewage, recycling, trash and wifi. Deposit and first month’s rent is required. Can sign a 6 month or a 1 year lease. Will need references and a credit check.

Home has one well-behaved dog, so looking for someone who will enjoy living with a dog but has no pets of their own. Close to bike trails, hiking, CU, restaurants, grocery stores, laundromat, bus stops and other amenities. A very large garden runs along the front of the house so if you enjoy gardening, this is your chance to get your hands dirty! Two separate and private units are attached to the house and rented out via AirBnB year round.

Off street parking is available and lease can begin November, with the possibility of moving in earlier.
