Roommate wanted for Sept 1st

Hello!
We’re looking for a third roommate to move in September 1st.
We live in the lower level of a (3 bed 1 bath) house in Capitol Hill, Burnaby. We have an amazing view in an incredibly safe neighbourhood.
Rent is $1140/month, plus utilities every 3 months ($30-$100/person depending usage), and wifi ($20/month)
*This is not a sublet, you will be responsible for signing for a 3rd of the 12 MONTH lease.

-About us-
-Damien: 23 year old, indigenous trans man. Artist and Game Developer. From Alberta. Currently working full time (night shifts) in Burnaby and doing portfolio work.
-Freya: 33 years old trans woman. Artist and Game Developer. From New Brunswick. Currently working full time in Vancouver and doing portfolio work.
-Porthos (aka: boy): Loudmouth black cat that desperately wants cuddles 24/7.

-UNFURNISHED private bedroom with closet space and a nice big window. (Enough space for a queen bed and small desk OR twin bed and big desk)
*Note: the room looks tiny due to our last roommate having a HUGE bed. Photos of empty room will be updated later today (Aug 19th)

-Must sign a 12 month lease (perfect if you are starting in September)

-Be conscious of your noise level and general cleanliness

Pet related:
-Our lease will not allow for additional pets, but you are free to get your daily kitty cuddle time from Porthos.
*Please be mindful of the cat in the house. (Eg. don’t let him outside, don’t leave out anything he could eat and get sick, etc.)
