My 1st choice is to find someone that would like to look for a house to rent together either in San Diego or Temecula. My budget would be approx. $1300. I currently have my own furniture, washer & dryer, kitchen items & personal belongings for a large 2 bedroom 2100 sf house.

If the above scenario is not possible then I will need to rent an unfurnished room from someone for an unknown amount of time & the majority of my belongings would have to go into a storage unit. My budget for this scenario would be $900.00 & I prefer to have a private bathroom and garage parking if at all possible as well as a clean & well kept environment. Preferably a decent sized house verses a small apartment. I am Covid conscious and need a roommate that is as well. I recently purchased an air purifier to help with that.

I am very responsible and respect others and am also looking for the same. I’m also friendly but a little on the quiet side & have a sense of humor. We can be friends or just roommates. Your choice.
