Got a job in San Diego and looking to move there.

Have a really nice black English Lab. He hardly barks and although he does get excited with new people and especially dogs he has never been anything other than friendly to all those he meets.

I'm a generally clean person and enjoy when those I live with are able to clean up after themselves. That being said I don't mind pitching in for communal sort of stuff. (Roomba helps with the dog)

I recently picked skateboarding backup again in June and have been loving it. I play music and have a decent setup so I like to be able to make some noise occasionally, although I try to be respectful of my surroundings.

Also have a 2013 Triumph Scrambler that I can't wait to ride in the California sun. So hoping to find a place that at least allows me to hide the bike somewhere on the property. Weary of leaving it up to street parking.
