Unfurnished Room for Rent in Del Valle
My girlfriend and I are looking to split the rent on our 1-story house in Del Valle. You will have your own room with a closet and will have use of the hall bathroom. The bedroom window faces the front yard and is down it’s own private hallway. You will have cabinet and fridge space available in the kitchen and access to the washer/dryer. You will also have room for your car in the driveway. We have a nice backyard with a patio and live in a quiet neighborhood with lots of families and are only about 9 min away from the airport. We have a dog and a cat, but our landlord will not allow any more pets - Sorry! We are a drug-free household. Utilities and internet included in the rent cost.
