I’m a videogame artist so I am normally in my room with the doors closed working at my computer both during the day and at night. I play guitar and sing as a hobby but I try to stay very aware to not do anything too loud while people are sleeping or focusing on things (like working) and I do these things in my room with the doors closed. I am happy to accommodate people by doing these things in a way that makes people comfortable. I would say I keep to myself most of the time. I'm not against going out, but most of the time I stay home on weekends. When I do go out, I'm usually going to a music show or a kpop dance night or something. I don't really drink and I don't smoke but I am open minded to those who do, responsibly. I take care to keep common spaces clean when possible, but I'm not a huge stickler about things being a little out of place sometimes.
An ideal roommate situation is someone who may also be an artist or musician of some kind, or someone who likes to play videogames, but I am happy for offers from all kinds of people with all types of interests. I am mainly looking for a female roommate, but I am also open to looking for housemates who are couples or offers from multiple people in one offer, because I have 2 rooms available. Unfortunately, I am not open to accepting offers from people with children, and due to allergy concerns, I am not looking for roommates with pets, sorry ☹

Room For Rent - All Bills Paid North Austin
I am looking for 1 or 2 roommates to live with me for 1100/month per room (all bills included) (preferably women but I am open to offers) to live with me in a 4 bedroom house in North Austin / Pflugerville area as soon as you are available to move in. I have 2 rooms available.
The house is a 2400 sqft home with a big backyard. I have the master bedroom downstairs so you would have an upstairs bedroom with walk in closet + upstairs living room available to you for your things, with your own bathroom. (the 4th bedroom of the house is furnished as a guest room/storage room currently) Rent is 1100/month for one room (utilities included in price), but I have 2 rooms available. If you want to take both rooms for your things we can talk about details together!
Home amenities: Washer + dryer. Shared kitchen space with gas oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave. Fast fiber internet + Wifi. Shared downstairs furnished living room and unfurnished upstairs living room for your things. You'll have your own personal pantry and linen closet. Parking in driveway, street or garage if desired. friendly but I do not partake myself. No smoking/vaping is allowed inside. There is a pool in the neighborhood!
In the downstairs living room I have a couch, a large TV and 3 playable arcade games in the home (Sound Voltex Heavenly Haven, Bishi Bashi and Cho Chabudai Gaeshi)
