Looking for a New Roomie!

Hey there! I'm looking for a new roommate to split the rent on my 2 bed, 2 bath apartment once my current roommate moves out on the 1st. You'd have your own bathroom and walk-in closet, there's a washer and dryer in the unit, the complex is gated and has valet trash pickup. Rent and utilities together come out to about $1000. I have a friendly, fixed male cat, and would be open to adding another cat if you also have one (though there is a slight increase in rent for pets). LGBT+ and 420 friendly/preferred!
