We're both very easy going, We like to keep our place clean, however we don't like to annoy anyone about it. We are both young guys who work and like to just hang out with friends on weekends mainly. We prefer another person in their early 20s.
Our apartment is in the heart of Hell's Kitchen next to a lot of affordable nice restaurants and bars. We are also one block away from Time Sq 42 St station (A,C,E,1,2,3,R,W,and 7 Trains).
The Rent would be 1300/Month and we would need a Security Deposit of One Month's Rent.
