Hi! I’m looking to sign a lease in lower east side or Brooklyn area. Looking for some laid back and fun female roommates to live with as my max budget is 1,200.

I am currently looking to find a teaching job in NYC for the upcoming year but expect to be really busy/ typical work hours between 7-5. I like to work out and would love to find someone to maybe work out with me hopefully 3 times a week maybe ones a month honestly depends on how I’m feeling but someone who would be down to do either.

On weekends I love going out, checking out the city and new spots for bottomless mimosas and even fun new dinner spots and just hanging out with friends. I also love relaxing at home and just watching Netflix for hours.

My maximum budget is 1,200
