Looking or someone to take over my room as I am beginning a new job in a different city in mid November. The apartment is not super small and rooms are relatively big for NYC standards. Looking to have someone commit to moving in as soon as possible and take over my room for the remainder of the lease which ends May 31st. Would ideally want to have the new person start living in the apartment in late november/early december. We have central AC, Washer/Dryer in-unit, and have an office room that you can use to work and/or store stuff in. Apartment rent is $2,550 a month. The apartment is in midtown west by major train lines (B/D, 1, N/Q/R/W, A/C/E, F/M) and is a few blocks below Central Park. Roommates are pretty chill and we are good about keeping the common area clean.
