I am single person dedicated to my job. I work a 9-5pm schedule. When I am not working I like to go hiking, spend time with my family and travel. I live alone with my dog who is my emotional support animal.

My building is in Long Beach area in the 4th St District surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. My house is usually pretty clean and organized. I cook every weekday to save money on buying food.

The room rent includes WiFi and all utilities. Unfortunately, the apartment does not include parking but street parking is available the majority of the time.
