I love nature, hiking, being on the beach, horseback riding, playing piano and most music, running, and relaxing in a jacuzzi. I'm naturally a night owl and sunsets are my favorite. I have a small dog that will be joining me at some point in the future. She's a yorkie-poo, and though sometimes she's a little wild and crazy, she's smart, so loving and so adorable.
I clean up after myself, respect privacy, boundaries, and quiet hours, and mostly keep to myself at home, though I am very friendly and still quite a social being. After my bills and rent are paid on time, I enjoy going out and having fun when I have some money to play with.
I'm pretty flexible with a move in date and lease terms, including month to month.
I would prefer a place within a mile of the beach, and somewhere I can really feel at home, safe, and close to restaurants, markets, shopping, and public transportation.
