Hi all, I am planning on moving to Denver in December/early January and am hoping to find some roommates either for a house or an apartment.

I am 24 and just moved back to America after a year teaching in Italy. I am an active person, typically going to the gym most days of the week while also doing an intramural sport on the side. That said, in my free time I love being outdoors and out of the house, whether playing a sport, hiking, etc., as well as playing guitar, video games, or just trying new things. I am a pretty social person and like to go out most weekends with friends to bars, restaurants, games, etc., but I also enjoy my alone time at home and in general. As every college Facebook post goes, I am always down to go out or stay in and watch a movie. Would love to be friends and hang out with any roommates, but it is not necessary.

As a roommate and person, I am pretty go-with-the-flow with everything and don't need much. I am a clean person generally speaking but am definitely not gonna be upset with some mess in the common areas. I would just be looking for roommates who are also easygoing and communicative to ensure everyone is comfortable in the space.
